Beautiful location Very nice landscaping of the campsite with trees and plants. Good swimming pool

The laundry only had two washers and two dryers for the whole campsite, but one washer and one dryer were broken down for the whole of our stay. The snack bar is very small. The campsite needs a larger restaurant for relaxed family dining. "La Table de Jean Mi" was very good but too expensive and formal for most people who are camping with families. Wifi was very slow and often not working at all.

Our private sanitary was amazing, the shower was luxury and it was really clean. The pitch was spacious. The inside pool was nice. The food at the cafeteria was amazing for the price.

The outdoor pool was really cold. People didn't look after their dogs which bothered us greatly, they barked deep into the night and urinated at our campsite's tree. The campsite was too noisy for us in general, with the road so close to the pitches and lots of trucks/motorcycles coming through very early and very late.

Nice bathrooms, showers etc. Good playgrounds and pitches.

The pool could be a little warmer, as the water felt quite cold. The staff could also be a bit more service-minded and welcoming. No one was rude, but we did not feel that the staff were particularly friendly or attentive. Finally, I would recommend reminding staff to drive more slowly within the campsite. Some of the service vehicles were being driven quite fast, which felt unnecessary and could potentially be unsafe, especially with children around.

We had an amazing stay here. The campsite was very beautiful. There were lots of trees! This, I think is very important. The toilets and showers were always quite clean. The place we were allocated to stay , unfortunately didn't have much shade from the sun, it was 36° C when we arrived. Although the campsite was very full the staff were able to change our Pitch so we had much more shade. Thank you so much for this. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful. I speak only a bit of french, and all the staff members really tried there best to understand me or even speak some english aswell.

There was no shop on the campsite. As there is no Supermarket in the village, we had to go quite far to get basic supplies. We could order bread at the Bar, so we always had fresh bread in the morning, but it would have been nice to have a little shop in the campsite where we could buy milk, butter, etc.

Excellent restaurant, a nice bar, indoor and outside pool with water slide is excellent for kids, walking path near the camp is fun for the dogs. Having a water tap close to the pitch was also nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Can be difficult to navigate the grounds in a large camper van but that is to be expected.

Overall a really lovely campsite.

I was really disappointed, like many others - when you invited to big screen and with a bar, when Tour De France passed bye, and the campsite choice to close the screen with 45km to go. It was like shut of af football game in the last 20 min. If you decide to invite people (which was a good idea) the complete the event.

It has everything, great restaurant, quiet, friendly staff, clean, nice location

We booked the "Luxury Pitch", it was super nice with private shower and toilet. But it was missing something to sit on, like a stool or a small bench. It could also need some hooks to hang clothes on. That is the only thing I can think of.

We stayed when the temperature was 30celsius or higher. The chalet was wonderfully cool during the day and night. The pool was clean and a welcome relief from the heat. The bar was friendly and well stocked with drinks and snacks.

The slide didn't work very well. The children kept getting stuck. My son was discouraged from doing the boat race event. He is shy and his ability to speak french or Dutch is very low. He wanted his mother to help him but that was not permitted. Some of the pool rules are inconsistent and overly protective, e.g. balls in the pool. We can make our own judgment whether it is inonvenient or unsgar. We don't need the life guard to enforce the law when there are only 5 other people in the pool!

Fantastic site and team.

Bakery - we ordered items for the next day and they were sold to another person. Kids club - miserable staff. A very cold welcome by a lady member of staff who told my kids off for playing with the outside chairs and not welcoming them inside to come and see what the kids clue was all about.

Nice location, sanitary was very clean, personel is very friendly.

The sanitary walking distance was very far from our campsite, due to the lack of a path between the road pitch 138 lays on and the sanitary building. This made staying at the camping very uncomfortable, especially in the morning, when you wake up and need to go to the toilet and have to walk a long distance. In addition the toilets run often out of toilet paper, not because the paper actually wasn't there, but because you could not reach it. The last point of imporvement are the showers. They had huge trouble keeping their temperature. Some times the shower was all of a sudden scorching hot, to change back to a moderate temperature a minute later.

Cleanliness, location, friendliness of staff

In the sanitary areas: an electrical outlet near the sink, more wall hooks, a small, shelf, stool or bench in the shower area becausectgere is not enough dry places for your things. In other camprounds (4 Stars in Chamonix and Harz), there is a bench outside to take off your street shoes. The street shoes are left outside unter the bench and you enter and leave the shower area with clean shower shoes only.
